UI Seeks Approval Of NRES Procurement Project Selections

In Connecticut the United Illuminating Company (UI) UI filed a motion seeking the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA’s) approval for selected projects from the August 24 procurement, which the utility said “…are based on the lowest priced Bids for Low Emission and Medium Zero Emission and Large Zero Emission Projects and the randomized Small Zero Emission Bids remaining after the disqualification of Bids, in accordance with PURA’s current rulings in this docket.”
