PURA Formally Revokes Liberty Power’s License

Following supplier Liberty Power’s withdrawal of its request for a hearing, Connecticut’s PURA issued a final order revoking the supplier’s license for failure to maintain financial and managerial capability and its lack of satisfaction of RPS compliance payment obligations.
