Net Crediting Expanded For All Community Distribution Generation Projects

The New York PSC issued an order authorizing net crediting for volumetrically compensated CDG projects and modifying the joint utilities’ proposed implementation timelines. Monetarily compensated CDG projects are already subject to net crediting. Implementation by the utilities of net crediting for volumetrically compensated CDG projects was due by December 20, 2025.
