Commission Extends Notice Of Comment Deadline In Petition Of The Office Of People’s Counsel For Near-Term, Priority Actions And Comprehensive, Long-Term Planning For Maryland’s Gas Companies

[ *** ] On June 17, 2025, the Commission issued a Notice of Opportunity to Comment on the abovementioned matter.
On June 19, 2025, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (“BGE”) filed with the Commission a Request to extend the deadline by which to submit comments on OPC’s updated recommendations.
After considering this matter, the Commission grants a three-week extension of the date by which interested parties may file comments. Accordingly, interested parties shall file comments on the matter by July 23, 2025.
