Parties File Comments On Green Button Connect, Home Area Network Customer Registration And Customer Data Security

In Rhode Island in the advanced meter functionality (AMF) proceeding following the pre-technical session conference held on October 6, 2025, parties filed comments on the topics for the technical session and proposals for additional comments. 

RI Energy commented on the limited scope of this docket and proposes that the RIPUC consider the topics that are identified in the second amended procedural schedule. 

The Conservation Law Foundation commented on the information that should be included in the upcoming technical session, such as if the Green Button Connect program should allow customers to provide access to gas usage data to third-party vendors.
