As reported previously, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (commission) publishes this preliminary notice of intention to review Chapter 25, Substantive Rules Applicable to Electric Service Providers, in accordance with Texas Government Code §2001.039, Agency Review of Existing Rules.

The commission seeks comments on whether any rule in Chapter 25 should be repealed or amended. Interested persons may file comments by Friday, July 11, 2025.
