From the Connecticut PURA Letter:

[ *** ] The Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement (EOE) respectfully submits this correspondence to advise suppliers that a new Exhibit A has been posted to the Authority’s website (Information For Electric Suppliers). The prior version of Exhibit A included a formulaic error used to derive the minimum required RPS Security. This error was only applicable to the recent Exhibit A update made for the Class III Exception. Any supplier or EDC using the originally published version of Exhibit A should not be affected. Any filings subsequent to this correspondence should please use the current version as posted.

If a supplier has individual questions, it may submit questions directly to EOE. EOE will determine if the question is individual to the supplier or if it requires an answer applicable to all suppliers and will respond accordingly.
