Final REC Contracts and RFP Documents Posted

Illinois Power Authority (IPA) posted final REC contract and RFP documents. IPA also posted bidder information webcast presentation and recording.
Also comments on benchmark category of inputs, assumptions, and data sources were due October 22, 2025.
On October 23rd the IPA also opened Indexed REC RFP Part 1 window.
Next Steps:
- Indexed REC RFP Part 1 proposals and bid participation fees were due by November 5, 2025; Part 1 notifications expected November 14, 2025.
- Part 2 window opens November 17, 2025; Part 2 proposals except bids due by December 1, 2025.
- Bidder training scheduled for December 4th and Part 2 bids due by December 10th; and an ICC decision on procurement results expected December 16, 2025.
