IL Ameren Sample EDI Transactions For CPWG Change Control #058 – UPDATE as of 11/6/2025

Good Afternoon!
Ameren received feedback from the sample EDI transactions that were sent out on Monday of this week. As a result of that feedback, we have made changes to the sample transactions, found HERE. A summary of the changes is shown immediately below. In addition, the attached document now contains an 867MU sample transaction.
Ameren is currently on track to implement Illinois CPWG Change Control #058 effective with our 11-20-25 billing system code push.
814C-Request
- Added a second REF*TD segment (specifically: REF*TD*REFNM) to each of the 814C-Request sample transactions.
810 Rate Ready
- The TDS has been corrected such that when SAC01 = C or A, the values communicated are factored in to the TDS. The 810 Rate Ready example in the attached document now shows “0” in the TDS, which reflects the sum of $5.45 and -$5.45.
- The SAC08, SAC09, and SAC10 have been removed.
