Office Of People’s Counsel Files Minutes From Lessons Learned Working Group Meeting
District of Columbia posts Lessons Learned Working Group Final Report (“LLWG Report”) in Formal Case No. 1176, pursuant to Order No. 22328. Among other things the LLWG Report reflects the collaborative efforts of stakeholders throughout 2025 to identify areas of consensus and non-consensus and to propose recommendations for the Commission’s consideration and includes an evaluation framework intended to guide future proceedings involving alternative forms of regulation.
