Gas Utility Files Cost of Gas Report

Unitil filed its cost of gas report whereby “the estimated end of winter season balance is an under collection of $296,081. This under-collection is due to slightly higher NYMEX prices and the update of the reconciliation. The projected winter season over-collection represents a variance of 0.82% (Line 33) of total projected gas costs and is below the 2% threshold for requiring a rate change. Therefore, there will be no change to NYMEX prices for December 2025.”
