PUC Approves Provision Power And Gas LLC Electric and Gas Applications

The Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission (PUC) issued an order approving Provision Power And Gas LLC – Electric Application filed on August 26, 2025.  The electric supplier license allows the company to offer, render, furnish or supply electricity or electric generation services as a supplier to residential and small commercial customers in all of the electric distribution company service territories within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The PUC also approved the gas application of Provision Power and Gas.  The order was not available at time of publication.
