Virtual Rulemaking Session For RM81 (Small Generator Facility Interconnection Revisions) Rescheduled

[ *** ] On December 6, 2023, the Commission issued a Supplemental Notice of Virtual Rulemaking Session (RM81), that scheduled a hearing on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 10:00 AM, to consider revisions to Code of Maryland Regulations (“COMAR”) 20.50. The proposed regulations were filed on September 28, 2023, by the Leader of the PC44 Interconnection Work Group (“Work Group”), as well as comments received from the parties.
The Commission hereby gives notice that it is changing the date of the hearing to January 9, 2024. The hearing will continue to be held at 10:00 a.m., via virtual meeting.
