Commission Files Notice Of Hearing For Residential Type I SOS Bids & Type II SOS Procurement
From the Maryland Public Service Commission Notice:
The Commission hereby gives notice of a hearing on January 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., for the Standard Offer Service (“SOS”) Bid Monitor consultant and the Commission’s Technical Staff to brief the Commission on the conduct of the January 22, 2024 solicitations for offers for a portion of the residential customer loads by The Potomac Edison Company (“PE”) and the results, in conjunction with the hearing for review of PE’s, Baltimore Gas and Electric Company’s, Delmarva Power and Light Company’s and Potomac Electric Power Company’s Type II SOS procurement results. The IOUs are hereby directed to provide Commission Staff no later than 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, January 24, 2024, with individual class retail bill impact data consistent with the results of the January 22, 2024 bids to ensure that Staff is able to file its written testimony in the matter prior to the hearing commencement time.
