PULJ Files Procedural Schedule In Investigation Of Gas Purchased Power Costs Adjustment Charges Of Washington Gas Light
From the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) Notice:
The following procedural schedule is hereby adopted for this phase of Case No. 9509:
January 22, 2024 – WGL’s direct testimony due.
February 12, 2024 – All direct testimony due from intervenors.
February 26, 2024 – WGL’s rebuttal testimony due.
March 18, 2024 – Evidentiary hearing.
The Company is hereby directed to prepare and distribute an appropriate bill insert which will notify customers of the time, date, place and purpose (including the case caption, case number, and link to the Public Utility Law Judge (“PULJ”) Division’s YouTube Channel) of the hearing set for Monday, March 18, 2024. The Company is further directed to place a notice of the evidentiary hearing on its home website page and to utilize routinely used social media platforms or other means of communication at its disposal to further notify customers of the hearing set for March 18, 2024.
