Commission Issues Notice On Updated Form For Electricity Supplier 2023 Compliance Report

- Consistent with Commission Rule 2901.5,1 the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) gives notice that the Electricity Supplier 2023 Compliance Report Form for the District of Columbia Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (“Compliance Report Form”) has been updated for the 2023 compliance year. The Compliance Report Form and filing instructions can be accessed at https://dcpsc.org/UtilityInformation/Electric/RPS/Renewable-Portfolio-Standard-FAQs.aspx. If an electricity supplier files its Compliance Report confidentially, consistent with Commission Rule 100.8, that supplier is required to concurrently file a corresponding public version. The Compliance Report requirement pertains to suppliers with retail sales in the District of Columbia (“District”). Suppliers with no retail sales in the District may choose not to file or submit a filing stating they have no retail sales to report.
