Energy Efficiency Program Comment Deadline Extended

The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“NJBPU”) extends the deadline for stakeholders and members of the public to provide written comments on the straw proposal for the upcoming third three (3)-year period of New Jersey’s energy efficiency (“EE”) and peak demand reduction (“PDR”) programs implemented pursuant to the New Jersey Clean Energy Act of 2018 (“Triennium 3” or “T3”).

The deadline for comments on this matter is 5:00 p.m. on December 26, 2025.
