Dockets: PC65

The Maryland Public Service Commission approved the tariff changes of Baltimore Gas And Electric, Washington Gas Light, Pepco, Dayton Power And Light, Southern Maryland Electric And Gas and Potomac Edison.  The tariff changes allow the utilities to drop residential customers to standard offer service where suppliers have not taken the appropriate actions to avoid POR. Dual billing was discussed at the Staff administrative meeting on December 23rd.
