On November 19, 2024 the New York PSC approved (with some modifications) the tariff amendments filed by the electric and gas utilities regarding liability for unauthorized or inadvertent disclosures of data from the statewide Integrated Energy Data Resource (IEDR) platform.  On November 27 the utilities filed their revised tariff sheets.
