Commission Files Order on DRIVE Act Reporting Requirements

The Public Service Commission of Maryland filed Order No. 92158 that rescinded paragraph seven in previous Order No. 91218 that required biannual reporting on the Electric Distribution System Support Services (“EDSSS”) pilot programs.

Since the Commission is still considering revised EDSSS pilot program filings under Order No. 91917 and has not approved any of the pilot programs, the reporting requirements will be superseded by new requirements to be addressed in a future Order.  Hearings are scheduled to begin on March 4th.
