Electric & Gas Rate Case

On October 9, 2024  the Board approved a settlement in the PSE&G rate case, which will result in an increase in the average monthly bill of a residential electric customer of $8.93.  The settlement also includes approval of a three-period time of use (TOU) distribution rate and changes to the TPS requirements in its gas tariff.  (BPU Docket Nos. BPU ER23120924, GR23120925 and OAL PUC 00926-24)
