Commission Issues Order On Revised Procedural Schedule For In Pepco’s Application For Electric Multi-Year Plan
From the Maryland PSC Order:
[ *** ] ORDERED: (1) that Intervenors shall file direct testimony by November 15, 2024; (2) that Parties shall file rebuttal testimony by December 27, 2024; (3) that Parties shall file surrebuttal testimony by January 24, 2025; (4) that evidentiary hearings will be held on January 29, 2025, beginning 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Administrative Meeting, and if needed, at 10:00 AM on January 30, 2025, in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, on the 16th Floor of the William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland; (5) that Parties shall file an initial brief by February 27, 2025; and (6) that Parties shall file a reply brief by March 13, 2025.
