Stakeholders: Electric Generation Suppliers (EGS)
Subject: Standard Offer Program (SOP) Key Information:
Standard Offer Program (SOP) applications for the month of March are due February 13, 2026.

New EGS’s who wish to participate in the SOP Program must complete the SOP Application and SOP Supplier Agreement

  • Reminder: When completing the SOP application, please be sure to check off which class of customer you wish to serve: Residential, Commercial, or Both
  • To submit the forms: Login to the PECO Electric and Gas Choice website.  Select “CONTACT SUPPORT” and use “Attach file” to append the executed “Standard Offer documents to the CASE.

If you are currently participating and wish to REMAIN in the program, there is no need to reapply.

If you are currently participating and wish to to be REMOVED for the month of March, notification is required by February 13, 2026.

The Standard Offer Program Price to Compare (PTC) can be viewed on the PECO website.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this communication, please visit the PECO Electric and Gas Choice website.  Select “CONTACT SUPPORT” and submit a CASE with your concerns. Please use CASE REASON “Supplier Communications” for such purpose.
