Update: NY PSC Broker Consultant Rulemaking

On September 17, 2024, in Matter No. 23-00117 (Registration of Energy Brokers and Energy Consultants Pursuant to PSL Section 66-t), The Power Company USA, LLC filed a Petition for Rehearing of the PSC’s denial of the company’s extension request to submit its registration package after the deadline. This petition was filed before the PSC’s Notice was issued in the above docket.

In Matter No. 23-01227 (Registration for Energy Brokers and Energy Consultants), DPS began issuing registration letters to brokers and consultants who have submitted registration packages.
