Columbia Gas Filed Rebuttal Testimony In Pending Rate Case
Parties filed position statements and draft orders (on Ameren’s MYGP and multi-year rate plan.
Staff recommends ICC “find that Ameren has complied with [statutory] objectives and requirements,” noting that, “While some parties make recommendations about how the [refiled grid plan (RGP)] might be improved, no party recommended the Commission reject Ameren RGP a second time.”
Attorney General (AG) said that Ameren “is proposing a Refiled Rate Plan with lower revenue requirements… but the Commission must take additional steps to mitigate the impact of the RGP and Refiled Rate Plan.
