In New Jersey parties were reminded of an annual informal proceeding to provide third party suppliers (TPS) with information on how to comply with the state’s renewable portfolio services (RPS) obligations.

EY24 recycled and recovered retail sales adjustment request verification information were made available.

Retail sales adjustment requests were due September 15, 2024. Requests were filed in Docket No. QO24010004.

Also on September 15, 2024, EY24 recycled and recovered retail sales adjustment request verification information were made available.

Other important upcoming deadlines:

  • Final retail sales number, compliance instructions, and EDC/BGS and TPS reporting spreadsheets expected by October 3, 2024.
  • Retirement of EY24 TRECs and SREC-IIs by administrator and Staff determination of TPS/BGS provider TREC and SREC-II allocations expected by October 15, 2024.
  • TPS/BGS provider demonstrations of REC and RPS retirements or S/ACP payment due by December 1, 2024.
