[ *** ] The Authority hereby invites Participants and interested stakeholders to file written comments on DEEP’s and the EDCs’ filings submitted August 30, 2024, inclusive of recommendations for a procurement price cap, bid preferences, and proposed revisions to the Modified Program Requirements. Specifically, the Authority requests docket Participants and interested stakeholders provide comments as follows:

1. Proposed Programmatic Changes
   2. Procurement Price Caps
   3. Bid Preferences
   4. Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 Compliance and Categorical Eligibility [ *** ] 

The Authority hereby notifies docket Participants and interested stakeholders that it will hold a Technical Meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via remote access.

All docket Participants and interested stakeholders planning to present or otherwise provide comments orally must provide a list of speakers and an estimated time to present, to the case coordinator at Ussawin.Bumpen@ct.gov, by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024. The Authority will then issue a meeting agenda. All stakeholders providing presentations must file their presentations through the Authority’s web filing system and provide a copy to the case coordinator by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2023.
