Realgy submits customer refunds compliance filing.

As background, in response to a Staff report recommending that the ICC investigate a fee assessed by Realgy to Illinois customers. “Staff explained that the charge is referred to as a ‘Real Time Settlement’ or ‘RTS’ on some customer bills, but different terms such as an assessment, adjustment or one-time settlement have been used to describe either the fee or and in other instances the charge was included in the gas supply charge.” Staff asked the ICC to investigate whether the RTS is a fee Realgy is permitted to charge under the terms of its contracts and the rules regarding solicitation, marketing, and contract, implemented by the ICC.
