On July 31, 2024, the Commission issued a notice that it would conduct a hearing on August 27, 2024, for a rulemaking session on the revised proposed regulations to COMAR 20.62. 1 The Commission gives notice that the August 27 hearing is hereby cancelled. A hearing for the rulemaking session to consider the revised proposed regulation to COMAR 20.62 is hereby scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Frank O. Heinz Hearing Room, 16th Floor, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
