NY PSC Issues Initial Eligibility Letter Of Digital Power USA
The New York Public Service Commission (PSC) issues Digital Power USA, Inc. an initial ESCO eligibility letter.
As reported previously, Digital Power USA filed an ESCO application to initially serve commercial and commercial customers in all service territories.
As the next step in the process, Digital Power’s proceeds to the utility approval stage, including EDI Phase III testing and execution of billing services agreements. Once completed, DPS Staff will provide confirmation of Digital Power’s final ESCO eligibility.
