As reported previously on February 6, 2026 PURA issued notice that it is reopening this Eversource proceeding regarding the utility’s 2017 rate case to recover costs associated with the deployment of advanced metering infrastructure.
The notice the Commission states that “circumstances have arisen that provide cause for the Authority to examine whether to rescind, reverse, or alter the AMI Cost Recovery Decision.”
The notice also indicates that a hearing will be held on February 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
