PURA Files Request For Written Comments And Notice Of Technical Meeting In Annual Review Of Electric Vehicle Charging Program – Year 4

[ *** ] To facilitate the continued evaluation of the Program, the Authority requests that docket Participants and interested stakeholders file written comments on or before 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 4, 2024, addressing the following: 1. Provide comments on each EDC’s submitted annual report summarizing Program results to date and recommended Program modifications, including but not limited to, the proposals to modify commercial incentives, the residential program and incentives, and to recruit a load research sample. 2. Provide comments on the scaled-up light-duty fleet managed charging program design, filed as Motion No. 2 in this proceeding. 3. Provide comments on any additional topics and/or recommendations regarding Program modifications.

To facilitate the continued evaluation of the Program, a Technical Meeting of Authority staff and Participants will be held via remote access on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the EDCs’ Annual Report filings and light-duty fleet managed charging program proposal.

The Authority directs the EDCs to provide a joint presentation summarizing the EDCs’ Annual Report filings submitted on August 1, 2024. In addition, the Authority invites docket Participants to present or otherwise provide remarks regarding the proposed Program design documents. The EDCs and any interested docket Participants must provide a list of presenters and an estimated time to present to the case coordinator, at laura.lupoli@ct.gov, by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 5, 2024. The Authority will then issue a meeting agenda, which will allow time for PURA staff, docket Participants, and interested stakeholders to ask questions of each presenter. The EDCs and any Participants providing presentations must file their presentations through the Authority’s web filing system and provide a copy to the case coordinator by 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
