Dockets: 9226
Category: Uncategorized

From Filing:

[ *** ] Per Order No. 90035, the SOS Administrative Charges are subject to adjustment three times per year to reflect the estimated incremental, uncollectible and cash working capital costs of providing Residential, Type I, Type II and Hourly Service. Effective October 2024, DPL performed its true-up of actual incremental, uncollectible, and cash working capital costs to the estimated costs of providing Residential, Type I, Type II and Hourly Service. Any over- or under-collection of costs compared to the estimated costs for the period April 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024 are included in the projected rates herein. The proposed SOS Administrative Charges are effective for the period October 1, 2024, through January 31, 2025, with the next adjustment scheduled to be effective with February 2025 bills. DPL trues up the administrative charge every four months such that it is adjusted every October 1, February 1, and June 1.

With this filing, the total SOS Administrative Charges for Residential, Type I and Type II, and Hourly Service will change effective with October 2024 bills from 3.87 mills per kWh, 4.10 mills per kWh, 3.67 mills per kWh and 1.61 mills per kWh to 3.85 mills per kWh, 4.07 mills per kWh, 3.82 mills per kWh and 2.03 mills per kWh, respectively. The individual proposed cost components of DPL’s Administrative Charge for Residential, Type I, Type II and Hourly Service customers are shown below. [ *** ]
