Maryland PSC Files Notice of Public Comment Hearings on Pepco’s Application for Adjustments To Retail Rates for Distribution of Electric Energy

The Maryland Public Service Commission filed a notice of public comment hearings on Pepco’s application for adjustments to its retail rates for the distribution of electric energy.

Two hearings will be held to solicit comments from the public.  The hearings will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. and on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. To participate virtually at the hearings, an email should be sent to kimberly.shock@maryland.gov by 12:00 noon on Friday, April 10, 2026 (for the first hearing) or by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 (for the second hearing).   Written comments can also be submitted electronically through the Commission’s public comment dropbox at the Commission’s website at www.pscmaryland.com.  Comments can also be submitted via mail addressed to Andrew S.
