From Notice: 

[ *** ] A technical meeting of Authority staff, docket Participants, and interested stakeholders will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 10:00 am., via remote access, to review and discuss the NWS process materials. The Authority requests that NV5 present on the key deliverables of the Process Monitor. Specifically, NV5 should briefly summarize each of the key deliverables of Tasks 1-7 of the Process Initiation Phase and the associated recommendations. Motion No. 5. 

Additionally, the Authority directs the EDCs to present on the contents and design of their associated deliverables including the Standard Cybersecurity Data Access Policy and non-disclosure agreements, the standard RFP, the bidder qualifications assessment and the pro forma contract. The presentations will be followed by questions from Authority staff and docket Participants and an opportunity for Public Comment.

The EDCs, and other docket Participants wishing to present must provide an estimate of the time required for presentation to the PURA case coordinator, Laura Lupoli, via email, laura.lupoli@ct.gov by 4:00 p.m. on June 13, 2024. Presenters must file their presentations through the Authority’s web filing system and provide a copy to the case coordinator, Laura Lupoli, via email by 12:00 p.m. on June 18, 2024. The Authority will endeavor to release an agenda for the technical meeting by June 17, 2024. 

The Technical Meeting will take place through remote access. Access instructions are set forth below.
