In response to the report filed by Staff on June 12, 2024, and the letter filed by the Office of People’s Counsel on June 14, 2024, SmartEnergy Holdings, LLC (“SmartEnergy”) notes that it is open to continued discussions with Staff and the Office of People’s Counsel regarding this matter. SmartEnergy has been fully responding to discovery requests sent by Staff and intends to continually provide information to Staff as reasonably requested.
