ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against IGS Energy for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commerce Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Interstate Gas Supply, LLC d/b/a IGS Energy for failure to comply with annual and quarterly filing requirements as outlined as in Attachment A, Exhibit 11, appended to the Staff Report provides a sufficient basis to initiate such a proceeding.
Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $35,000.
Staff’s recommended penalty comprises penalties of the following amounts for failure to file:
- its Company Rate Report due on June 30, 2023, $10,000;
- its REPS Report due on September 1, 2022, on September 1, 2023, and on September 1, 2024, $7,500 for each year; and
- its Designated Agent Form due on January 31, 2023, $2,500.
