May 22nd Commission Administrative Meeting Raises Issues On Licensing Requirements

Items discussed were the approval of the settlement regarding Eligo Energy.  Eligo will pay $183,000 due to its operation in the Delmarva and Potomac Edison territories, when Eligo had not selected those options on its license application.  

The Eligo settlement prompted a discussion regarding licensing rules and licenses being specific to only those areas selected.
