SEMCO Filed Its Tariff Sheet Reflecting The Approved New Rates
Application by SEMCO Energy Gas for approval to modify transportation services and tariff sheets to permit pools comprised of a single shipper (which, in the context of SEMCO’s tariff, is an end-use customer, not a supplier). Specifically, SEMCO requests MPSC authority to modify pooling requirements to permit a pool of a single shipper (i.e., a single customer) and require that an individual pool be comprised of Transportation Service shipper(s) in a single operational district with a common upstream interstate or intrastate transporter. SEMCO said it is seeking approval of “the substantive modifications to accommodate a request of a SEMCO Gas customer and represents that the requested modifications are reasonable and in the public interest.”
