ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Great American Power for Failure to File Compliance Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Great American Power LLC for failure to comply with annual and quarterly filing requirements as outlined in Attachment A, Exhibit 25, appended to the Staff Report, provides a sufficient basis to initiate such a proceeding.
Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $15,000.
Staff’s recommended penalty comprises penalties of the following amounts for failure to file:
- its Company Rate Report due on June 30, 2023, $10,000; and
- its Net Metering Report due on April 1, 2022 and on April 1, 2023, $2,500 for each year.
