ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Clearview Energy for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Clearview Energy for failure to file its Call Center Information Report as outlined in Attachment A, Exhibit 34, appended to the Staff Report.
The Staff Report recommends that the Commission impose a total penalty of $7,500 against Clearview Energy for failure to file its Call Center Information Report due on March 1, 2024.
