ICC Initiates Show Cause Order Against Lower Electric for Failure to File Reporting Requirements

In its Initiating Order the Illinois Commerce Commission adopts Staff’s recommendation against Lower Electric LLC for failure to file its Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (REPS) Report outlined in Attachment A, Exhibit 37, appended to the Staff Report .

Staff recommends the Commission impose a total penalty of $7,500 for failure to file its REPS Report due on September 1, 2024.
