NHPUC Order Clarifies Eversource’s Energy Procurement Process
The NHPUC issued an order clarifying Eversource’s energy procurement process. Of note, Eversource clarified that in its RFP for the remaining 87.5% of the small customer group load, it would be clearly communicated that only seven tranches, of 12.5% of the small customer group load would be available for each bid, and then, in turn, the lowest-cost of these seven winning RFP bids would be replicated as “self-supply tranche A” for the development of Eversource’s applicable small customer group energy service rate for the 6-month energy service rate period.
