From Notice: 

[ *** ] Each licensed electric supplier and EDC is required to file its 2023 RPS Compliance Report in this docket on or before Tuesday, October 15, 2024, by 4:00 p.m. Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-245a-1(a). Any licensed electric supplier or EDC who fails to timely file a 2023 RPS Compliance Report, or who files an incomplete or an inaccurately completed 2023 RPS Compliance Report, shall be penalized. Conn. Agencies Regs. § 16-245a-1(h). To demonstrate RPS compliance, each licensed electric supplier and EDC is required to file the following documents (documents 1 through 4 must be submitted as an unlocked Excel file and as a PDF file), some of which may be found on the Authority’s website:

1. Exhibit A (Connecticut Annual RPS Compliance Report);
   2. Exhibit B (Class I and II renewable energy certificates (RECs) by Generator Location);
   3. Exhibit C (Class I, II & III Fuel Sources);
   4. Exhibit D (Voluntary Green Offerings);
   5. Supporting NEPOOL GIS documentation (copies of “My Settled Certificates” Reports) showing RECs used (settled) for Connecticut RPS compliance; and
   6. Name, address, email address and phone number of company’s contact person for RPS compliance.

[ *** ] Each licensed electric supplier is required to maintain a security with the Authority for its RPS obligations, which is in addition to the security required from a supplier to meet licensing obligations, in the amount of the full ACP the licensed electric supplier would have owed had it purchased no RECs during the year for which it has filed the most recent RPS compliance. 

[ *** ] The licensed electric supplier is required to submit an original (i.e., not a photocopy) of its updated RPS security to the Authority on or before Tuesday, October 15, 2024, by 4:00 p.m.
