[ *** ] the Commission hereby gives notice that it is extending the deadline for reply comments to June 3, 2024, and directs each company subject to Order No. 90272 to comment on the requirements of the legislation cited herein. The Commission invites other stakeholders to additionally comment on these requirements, as well as any other comments in reply to the May 1st comments, by June 3, 2024. Comments must be electronically filed in the PC56 docket on the Commission’s website and addressed to Andrew S. Johnston, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202. The legislative-style hearing scheduled for June 12, 2024, remains unchanged and will be live-streamed and held in-person at the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room of the William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, following the conclusion of the Commission’s administrative meeting that morning.
