Comments Sought Re: Staff Proposal For Implementing Stronger Price Transparency For Consumers
The DPS’ proposal on the ESCO price changes statute was published as a proposed rulemaking in the New York Register, which started the 60-day deadline to file comments on this proposed rulemaking. This means the PSC will not be ruling on the proposal until after the 60 days expire on June 17. The New York Register document states that there is no public hearing scheduled on this proposal.
