By this Order, the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (“Commission”) directs the Potomac Electric Power Company (“Pepco” or “Company”) to confer with the Department of Energy and Environment (“DOEE”) and determine how much of the $395,000 budgeted in its Transportation Electrification (“TE”) Program for Offering 10 should be reallocated to Offerings 7 and 8, and file a formal request reflecting the amount of the TE budget to be reallocated to Offering 7 and Offering 8 and the purpose for the reallocation, as set forth in paragraph five (5) herein, within 30 days from the date of this Order. The Commission invites interested persons to file comments on Pepco’s TE budget reallocation request within 15 days of the date of Pepco’s filing. [ *** ]
