Commission Files Revised Notice of Rulemaking in Utility Cybersecurity Practices

On April 26, 2024, the Maryland Commission issued a Notice of an additional rulemaking session to adopt proposed changes to COMAR 20.06 as filed by the Leader of the Cybersecurity Reporting Work Group (CSRWG).

The Commission hereby provides notice that the June 5, 2024, hearing is rescheduled to Tuesday, June 11, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissions 16th Floor Hearing Room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202.
