PURA Files Notice of Hearing in Annual Review of the Rate Adjustment Mechanisms of Connecticut Light and Power Company
From the Hearing Notice the Authority hereby announces that it will hold an evidentiary hearing in this matter at PURA’s offices, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut, on Monday, June 3, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m., to receive testimony and additional evidence regarding the prudency of the expenses and revenues included in the RAM Application, and any related issues raised in responsive filings made by other Parties and Intervenors. In addition, the Authority may consider whether additional adjustments to the NBFMCC, TAC, SBC, CTA, ESI, and/or RDM may be necessary. The Authority may continue the hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m., as deemed necessary.
