The Commission hereby gives notice that it will conduct a rulemaking session on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM, in the Frank O. Heintz Hearing Room, on the 16th Floor of the William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland.
The purpose of the rulemaking session is to consider whether to finally adopt the proposed regulations regarding the small generator facility interconnection revisions to COMAR 20.50 that were published for notice and comment in the Maryland Register dated April 5, 2024.
